transfer softwarelist and related items

Hi,

i'm try to find a way to transfer the GLPI software list, software categories, software dictionary, software versions and all the locked software from our test system to the active system. Both systems have the same glpi version installed.  Do anybody have some experience in that issue? Or is that completly possible?

I plan to transfer the following database tables:
    glpi_computers_softwareversions
    glpi_ruleactions
    glpi_rulecachesoftwares
    glpi_rulecriterias
    glpi_softwarecategories
    glpi_softwares
    glpi_softwareversions

is that ok or do i need to export more tables?

are you ok with merging the 2 databases?  if not, someone else will have to reply.  if so, i just google'd "merge 2 mysql databases" and there are a lot of people that have done that.  if you go that route, please reply with the steps that you take here for others.

thanks for your reply.
but this not exactly what i wanted to know. of course i will merge the databases but i only want to do this with the tables related to my topic. i think merging the complete database is a bit risky and just to much data.
i need to know which tables are important for my task.

can absolutly nobody tell me in which table the locked software is stored? not even the developers?
