OCS is not transferring userid field to GLPI login field

I've enabled OCS-NG mode and correctly installed ocs-ng server: I can see information from an agent clearly in ocs and user is listed correctly:
e.g.: User: paolo.maldini

then, when i import this computer to GLPI and go to this computer instance, i can see that USER field is empty. Basically, GLPI and OCS have some mismatch there and it's important for us to know which user is attached to specific computer.

Please advise.

Thanks!

Have you verified that all settings are correct in
Setup > OCSNG mode

Re: OCS is not transferring userid field to GLPI login field

yes, everything is correct.

Computers are being imported, it's just username field is left empty (when, in fact, OCS shows correct username in its own interface).

It's clear that it's not mapping (or picking up) username from OCS correctly.

Thanks,

GLPI 0.83.7 * Ubuntu 12.04.1 * OCS 2.1 RC1

ok, some fields are being locked by GLPI, that's what I see when i go here: HOME -> Inventory -> Computers -> SPECIFICCOMPUTER -> OCSNG.

Locked Fields.

Re: OCS is not transferring userid field to GLPI login field

Have you tried posting on the OCS-NG forums?
They might have better answers for you.
I myself, do not have this issue, so I'm giving you my best guess.

Thanks,
Dan
