send an e-mail after new entry

hi Guys 'n Girls,
Here my question:
Our GLPI has 5 entities each of them with mulitiple locations.
If now new entries would made for anywhere in entity2 is it possible to send an e-mail to a default e-mail-adress for entity2?

Could you not use the plug in to do this

Sending of additional alerts. This plugin enables you to send email alerts regarding the new machines inventoried from OCS-NG, the not inventoried computers from X days, the items with empty buy date and notes.

no, the "Additional alerts" plugin works only for new computers. I've to found an other solution, maybe scanning history and looking for entries matching an entity as cronjob.
