Hi:
Is it possible to set a default ticket template to a profile, group or user? I know I can set it to a entity, but I'd like to set different templates for technicians and users on the same entity.

For a profile, it's possible in next major version (0.84)
For user not useful because a user has always a profile.
For a group not possible but you can define a ticket default template in a ticket category and assign a group to this category
