We are going to enable the closing of tickets after solved for 5 days. We have thousands of tickets that are still in solved status. My question is: when we make this change, is it going to send thousands of emails notifying of the changed status? Or will it only take effect on new tickets?
We are trying to prevent flooding email boxes with 2 year old tickets.
edit: To clarify - we will be enabling the auto close feature.

Tips:
- disable the notifications
- force the "closeticket" task
- enable the notifications
