Unable to install plugins

I am having an error in plugin stating the following:

Incompatible plugin with this version of GLPI : racks

Delete or update it otherwise GLPI will not work correctly.

I have removed racks from the plugin directory /glpi/plugins/...

But I am still having the same error. In addition, when I click on drop-down, I get a blank page. I am not sure what the problem is and where the problem is. Please help.

Have you exactly the same error (with the name of the plugin racks) ?
