Copy profile?

Hi.

Is there any way to copy a profile from an existing one? We want a profile similar to post-only with only few more authorizations...

The behaviors plugin offers a "clone" feature.

And what I should do with that? Download 'clone.tar.gz' and test it in our test environment? I never do that before...
