Could you rephrase the question?

Do you want users that send a mail to your GLPI receive and reply mail that say's that they have to call you? Did I understand this correct?

You want to create a ticket when the user calls and when the ticket is created then send that user a mail?

Let's keep the help here. I'm also new at this.
There could be other users that can help.

I wouldn't post my mailaddress in a public forum. You never know who's scanning this.....
Maybe edit your post and remove mailaddress.
