Problems with raster images (png,jpg...)

The raster images cannot be displayed in Statistics graph and Documents uploaded by user. On firefox esr 10.0.10, the message "The image XXX.XXX cannot be displayed because it contain errors."
Another applications in same host don't show any problem.

--The files
php-errors.log, sql-errors.log
don't display errors.
--OCS-NG is useless.
