Notification >for problems >tickets are not counted

Hello

I configured for the problems-tickets an e-mail notification (Setup > Notifications > Notifications >Notification templates >Problems >Default translation).

Everything works fine exept the counting of the attached tickets to the problem. The total value is always 0. I've added 1, 2,... open tickets to this problem. These tickets are shown in the problem and also in the notification email, but the tickets were not counted in the email.

I've deposited the following HTML code:
##lang.problem.numberoftickets##: ##problem.numberoftickets##

Does somebody knows this problem?
