Default Requester in a new ticket
Hi:
We just upgraded Glpi from 0.72 to 083.6 versión. We are very happy.
With the new version there are a lot new features but We are lost in same places.
Let me show one of the new features that in the new version.
New tickets, now the default Requester is void. It's new because in 0.72 the default Requester is the User Logged. In fact is the more usual occurrence, the user logged is who open and close tickets. The action of choose each open ticket a requester is worst than the old version that was by default.
Can we set the default requester to user logged by default?
How do we change the php file to do this ?
