alert not closed to each technicians

Can each of my technicians receive an email with only their own unresolved tickets?
I only managed they receive an email with all not closed tickets entered in glpi, although not belonging to them.
Thank you.


Using glpi 0.78.5 and making test with 0.83.6, both in ubuntu server 12.04
