Helpdesk - Mail alert

Hi,

Is it possible that GLPI sends a mail, when the status of a ticket is longer than 12 hours "New"?
I don't find the function :-(

I am also interested in whether it is possible to set alerts mails before a ticket expires.

My version of GLPI is 0.83.4
