Bring More Information on Open Ticket

Where do I need to change to bring phone e location, with the first and the realname from users in the open ticket form ?

I'd like to show to the techs the phone e location during the creation of a ticket .
Somebody has a tip ?

This kind of information will appear when the mouse is moved over the little green icon against the user name.

About configuration on name display, check in the menu 'Setup > General', TAB: "Default values": Display order of surnames firstnames.
