Business Rule Help

GLPI 0.83.4

I am trying to condense some rules and have hit a snag. 
Right now I have 2 rules that mimic everything except for the class.

How can I make this a Criteria :
--logical operator is and --

Category (class)
regular expression checks
/(IT ONLY > eBlast Approval (Root entity)|    IT ONLY > Web/Sign/TV Edit (Root entity))/

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This fails.  I have tried several different syntaxes and they all fail.
