show extra column in tickets list
Hi,
I know you can add columns in the tickets list, but it doesn't seem possible to add for instance the "update source" field from a pc column. Does somebody knows how to this?

Use + on left top of the list to manage columns viewed. It is the same for all search list.

Like I said, I know how to add columns, the only problem is, it doesn't give the possibility to add the columne I want to add. I'm looking for a characteristic off a computer.
