Hi,
when I create a ticket to a supplier for server problem (eg. HP), the supplier let me a ticket number.
It's possible to have a new field in the ticket form to permit to save this information?

It is a very usefull field by the way. I also work with the CA Service Desk Manager and they have this field by default. They call it "External System Ticket".
It would be nice to have it on GLPI by default.
