Is is possible to create a custom automatic action? We need this for the following senerio:
When a user updates the call, they may need to downgrade the SLA of the call, so we would like this to be done via the priority drop down. so when they change it to LOW, and update, would be good to have an auto action or rule to update the SLA on update. Is this possible or is there another way to do this?
