Doubts with "Automatic Actions - Close Ticket"
Hello,
I have a doubt about this, when i set to script run every 1 week, hi closes only ticket have 1 week with "status = solved" or all the tickets with status solved? Doesn't matter if have one week or one day?

It depends of your configuration (auto close after X days)

Moyo.
Then if a ticket it's closed "yesterday" for example, and script is set to "Run frequency : each week" and this is today, for example, he automatic closes this ticket? Or he wait, and close only the next run (next week) because this tickets aren't in the solved status at minimum one week?
