Adressing 2.0.1

hello,
can someone help me with the plugin adressing?
I don´t know why the script is only running for 30 seconds.
I tuned up the php.ini max_execution_time to 600 sec and restarted server.
I am using fresh install 0.83.31 and adressing plugin 2.0.1 in our windows test environment.
