Hi,
I created 2 SLA's and I wanted to let it mail us, when the time expired. But we don't get anything.
Operating system : Linux mopsus2 3.2.0-2-486
PHP 5.3.8-1+b1

Setup-dropdown-showall-select ---agendas
Create your own calendar, after edit the calendar specify the time range
Then go to SLA, and create new SLA, edit the SLA complete the required filed, in the calendar filed select calendar which was created by you.
Then create the rules as per your requirement, I have enclosed the screen shot.
Once it reach the SLA time the specified rules will work automatically, but the mail alert will reach you after the time you have specified.

I don't see the screen shot. I tried it, but I still don't get any mails.
