Data Injection Confusion

Hello all,

I am having an issue with how I am supposed to configure the model for the file injection. For the model, I imported a .CSV file with a header that established which fields I desired, but when I import the actual data, I get an "At least one column is incorrect" error.

Both my GLPI and File Injection plugin are the latest versions.

Anything will help,
Thanks.

Re: Data Injection Confusion

you need to select at least one field to be the "linked field". It means that datainjection will check for unicity on this field, to know it the line is an insert or an update

Re: Data Injection Confusion

Yes, I have already done that. I think that it may be a problem with my mappings?
Under Header of the file section in Mappings, I have fields such as Employee Name, Department, Computer Model, and Serial number. The link field would be the serial number. But when I import a .CSV file in that format I still get the
"At least one column is incorrect"
"Into the file: "JOHN DOE", from the model "Employee Name""
"Into the file: "ACCOUNTING", from the model "Department""
"Into the file: "Dell 123", from the model "Computer Model"
"Into the file: "1234567", from the model "Serial Number""
