How do you handle with files in GLPI

Hello all,

Can you advice how do you handle with requests where is attached ex. excel file with something to fill in ( or you need to add the report to request)?

I have to download this excel file to my HDD, fill it in, then I open MS Outlook and write new message, attach this file then I go back to GLPI to Solution Tab and I am writing "e-mail with attachement was sent". After this circle I am cloising request.

I am wondering if someone finds any solution how to send attachement with solution from GLPI....
