Hey,
I would like that all tickets are assigned to a group once the ticket is created. This is each time the same group.
Is there a way to automate this field?
Today, a ticket comes in by mail, but this isn't assigned to anybody.
We need to check manually if new tickets came in, and reassign them...

action - entity - assign to 'root entity'.
In the last step, i can't add new users/groups... :$
