hi,
We have been using GLPI in production for a few days now, and some more questions have come up.
We're using 0.83 running on Windows (WAMPserver)
1) is there a possibility to disable email notifications for a certain user/group (without removing their email address, as we need that to be able to assign tickets to them)
2) can we solve/close a ticket on reply? When people reply to the GLPI mail address, the followup gets added perfectly, but we would like to be able to solve a ticket when the first word in body/last word in subject is "solved"
please advise ;-)

I have downloaded the GLPI. i am tryed to configure my gmail but its not configured.
Email domain Name : psenthilmpharm@gmail.com, Server :smtp.gmail.com, Port:465, SMTP Host :smtp.gmail.com, SMTP Login (optional) :psenthilmpharm@gmail.com , SMTP Password (optional) :-------------. i have received Failed to send test email to administrator message. plz advise.
