Problema open ticket (default entity)

Hi,
I have a problema, my GLPI is configured like this

Main Entity
-- Entity 1
---- SubEntity

My user (glpi) it's on "Main Entity", but when i open a new ticket, the system show:

"Your ticket will be created in the: Main Entity > Entity 1 > SubEntity"

My glpi user use the "Main Entity" like the default entity, and the profile super-admin. When i try with anyone user located in "Main Entity" the same message is displayed, but if i set "Recursive: No" the ticket is open correctly.

I don't have business rule.

if the ticket indicate that it will be created in a sub-entity that means :
- your user select the sub-entity before creatig the ticket
- you user select a requester who is in the sub-entity
