Orders Management plugin problem after upgrade 1.5.1 -> 1.6.0

Hello,

I have migrated our glpi installation from 0.80.61 to 0.83.1.
I downloaded and installed Orders Management 1.6.0 but when I click on "Update", I get the following error:

Plugin installation or upgrade 

Change of the database layout - glpi_plugin_order_references ( 1 Sec(s))
Duplicate entry '0-PluginOrderReference-2' for key 'unicity'

During the migration, the DB was automatically and successfully updated to 0.83 and then to 0.83.1, I had no error messages.
All other plugins are available and operational, this is the only one that gives an error.

I have also tried on a new installation (different physical machine), but I get the same error. I am able to reproduce it by simply dropping the DB and importing the dump from the old glpi server.

Anyone have the same issue? Or a solution?
