Help with Business Rules

Is there any option to flag emailed tickets that come in form a specific email address?

I have this:
    Request source    is    E-Mail
    Title    contains    Virus/Malware detected

But I'd like to only have this pertain to emails sent from our AV account.

No. With email arrived in the collector, you only can extract the priority of the email (you can red the title or the body of the email)
