Problem with software&networks information in budget management

Hello,
I use GLPI 0.83.1 to manage my network.
I'm trying to implement budget management to manage financial information.
I create a budget template "2012" and activers financial information for computers, software, networks,
But in my budget, financial information software and networks are not present. However the rest is ok.
Has anybody ever encountered this problem?

2012 is a template ? not a real budget ?
