OCS-ng sync don't check components details when sync

When I sync an imported or new computer in GLPI from OCS-ng the sync-tool check if exist a component called with the same name.

For example if my new PC have 1x"DDR2 - XMM1 (No ECC)" and this component exist in GLPI is used as-is even if the frequency and type are different.

The solution is to check not only the existent name but if exist name-frequency-type

The same problem there is with all components have default value fields (for example the speed of network card or the write flag of drives)
