Re: Upgrade to 80.7 from

Many thanks for this, we are still having problems, I will answer as much as I can with regard to what has happened.

Nobody can log in, all we have done is upgrade from version 0.72.3 to the newer 0.80.7, nothing else has changed, the upgrade has been done by our systems team onto a Linux based server, and nobody in the organisation can now log it to glpi, we have tried all the passwords, and nothing.  we have used both IE and Firefox, and still the same problems

Can somebody please help, is this a bug, or it is something our systems team have done.

Many thanks in anticipation

Stuart

Re: Upgrade to 80.7 from

Just an update we eventually resolved the issue, and it was based on plain text passwords, we are looking into the best way to go forward on this and will most probably be using our LDAP authentication linked into glpi

Many thanks for the contuned support for this fantastic product.

PS, has anybody every thought of having a training day/meeting where we could get together and discuss our problems and solutions
