We're using GLPI 0.83.1, and we're having an issue where emails received from Outlook are not creating tickets. I have tried searching the forums for a fix, but haven't found this answered anywhere. The emails are from users with accounts, but I do have anonymous ticket creation turned on. Some are forwarded, but even when creating a new email it does the same thing. The mail receiver is setup as IMAP. Is there anything I can do to figure out why it is not creating tickets, or to fix this problem?

I had in the past a similar problem: it was the fact that glpi users had not the same email address than in emails in the inbox folder.
