It seems that there is an extra blank line being generated at the beginning of the XML for: Assistance - statistics
XML Parsing Error: XML or text declaration not at start of entity
Location: https://helpdesk.uwb.edu/front/graph.send.php?file=868_750819015.svg
Line Number 2, Column 1:
<?xml version="1.0"?>
^
The error suggests an extra line ('line number 2') has been added at the beginning of the file and I have looked in /inc/xml.class.php and haven't found any extra lines added. The only other explanation that comes to mind is an encoding error? Any help is appreciated.
Thank you,

"cleaned" plugins from previous 0.72 version (upgraded to 0.78 then 0.80) and still the same error. We are using the upgraded database on a new installation of .80 so no actual plugins were in the plugins folder. could the old plugin tables have an effect on the graph generating?

You didn't talk about in which specific case you have the problem ?
As you see on demo.glpi-project.org , the statistics are ok.
So the problem could come from plugins or your server configuration...

per this post ( http://www.glpi-project.org/forum/viewt … p?id=28296 ) the issue seems to be server configuration. I didn't want to have to reinstall our production server just for graph pictures. I was hoping to find the exact problem and be able to fix it. I'll post if i find the erroneous server config.
