Access to Ticket templates from menu

Hi
I can't find how to access URL http://<glpi-host>/front/tickettemplate.php from Main menu
I can only access them by not trivial way when editing Tickets Category https://<glpi-host>/front/itilcategory.form.php

You have an icon (+ with some red) near icon + to create a ticket
