Restriction on making satisfaction survey

Hello!

I have problem when searching for satisfaction. When the user updates the search result of the star system returns a message:

You do not have permission to perform this action.

I use the version of GLPI 0.80.4

How to treat this restriction? It's a bug's version? It is a restriction of the user?

You can answer to a satisfaction survey only if you are the requester or the author of the ticket
