Hi all,
I just want to be clear on how recurring tickets work.
> 1st Jan - I create a recurring ticket to "Empty the bins" for every 7 days, starting on 1st Jan.
> 7th Jan - a ticket is automatically created.
> No techie gets to attend to the ticket.
> 14th Jan - does a new ticket get created, considering the previous ticket hasn't been solved or closed?
I'm just wondering if multiple recurring tickets never get attended to in time, I could have many of the same ticket opened.
Or, does the recurring ticket creation engine wait for the existing ticket to be closed before triggering the next interval for creation?
