GLPI vs OTRS

I do not speak much English, I wonder if this comparison is correct or which items are bad, to make a correct comparison and decide which one to use.
I need your collaboration to build on the experiences and contributions that only you can give me.

GLPI already has a plus because it works with ocsinventory

Server Platform
- Linux is of course suppoorted, GLPI even available in good distribution repository

Thanks remi, I knew that was available on Linux because I'm using it on a server with ubuntu 10.04, so I realized I was wrong and could not trust the rest.

if encuntran something more or something to add would be nice, thank you very much.

Also, on the comparison, it has GLPI as supporting LiveChat - isn't that wrong?
