Purge - Ticket update mail

Hi,

I am using GLPI 0.80.5 on opensuse12.1. Seems everything working fine!!

I have a problem when deleting tickets!..!

Actually there will be lot of tickets, and also whenever i want to delete(purge) a unwanted tickets i have to think a lot
because if i select some tickets and purge,  every groups/users will get a mail as ticket been updated!..
Those mails are really unnecessary and lot of mail comes, so i want to disable email notifications only while purging tickets!..!

I tried disabling the option of updating tickets in notifications tab!.. but if i do other/update action for ticket groups/users wont get mail!..

so please can any one tell me is there an option to disable email notification only at the time of ticket purging/deleting.

It's a notification so you could disable this...

Do you create specific notification ? and could you exactly give us the mail you receive ?

It's not necessary to add too much ....! in your message

yes i am getting a mail when i purge/delete a ticket. .

above is the example when i delete one ticket, but what if i select so many and purge all???

also i have observed is the mail subject comes as closing the ticket when i purge/delete a ticket!..
i think that's because update notification of ticket is enabled!..
