automaitic change status to proccesing(assigned)
Hi!
After update to 0.85.3 when assigned ticket, status remain "NEW", not "proccesing(assigned) ".
If create in web and assigned an once when creating, work ok. But if assigned after creating ticket ( no matter web or email), status remain "new".

It doesn't work in demo too, so i opened a bug request http://www.glpi-project.org/forum/viewt … p?id=55132

Thanks.
Noticed another problem with status. When ticket solved and click to "Approval the solution", nothing happens, status does not change and ticket does not close.

For approve solution, work only if write comments to approved.

I installed 0.85.4 on my testsystem and it works. (new ticket, accept solution)
