Closing Ticket without required field

Dear Moyo,
Good afternoon.
I have the following problem:
My CATEGORY field is required , so you can not create a manual TICKET Uncategorized .
But when I create the TICKET via email the system is allowing closes it without CATEGORY.
I'm using 0.85.1

Where is linked you template? with category? with profile? with entity?

When I create a manual ticket system does not allow creation without the required fields

When the call is created by e-mail system allows changes and closing even with empty required fields.

Good afternoon ,

Does anyone here use very opening called by e- mail ?

When a call is manually open the fields Category , Title and description are required. And they may not be created without these fields .

But when a call is opened via E -mail, not only the call can be created as terminated without the required fields

I'm now using 0.85.2

Do you use mail gateway ?
I'm not sure how it could work in this case.

You understand the condition.

I'm not sure if this is a feature or bug wink

Developer should decide this.

You wish that user isn't able to close a ticket with no category

It should not be the end user without a ticket category , as it is a required field
