New ticket email not generating
I installed GLPI 0.83.8 version and when a user add a new ticket from the web interface, administrator does not receive a email. i think email not generated by the system. how can i fix this problem.

There are so many things that you are not mentioning:
- have you configured notifications?
- do you have any rule to assign tickets?
