Hi,
I'm trying to find where to set the rights to add/delete documents from a ticket, but I can't seem to find where. There seems to be no documents rights in profiles...
How are documents treated? As follow-ups?

Documents rights are in Assets/Management/Tools tab

I knew that the rights for the documents menu are there.
I thought that there are separate document rights for a ticket, because with "No access" for documents in the profile I can still see the documents ta in the ticket: I can attach documents, read them but not delete them.
I see that if I activate "read" rights I can also delete the documents in a ticket.
