We have some categories that require multiple technicians (usually only 2 or 3) to work. These techs are already part of a group, so we would like to automatically assign those techs to those tickets. I have attempted to utilize Business Rules to assign these technicians, but only one tech seems to be able to be automatically assigned.
Is there a way to automatically assign multiple techs, without establishing a subgroup for them?
