Business rules on ticket update

Hello,
found an old thread about reprocessing business rules every ticket update. Developers said it was difficult, but it was related to an old GLPI version.

This rule still applies or things have changed?

I believe the rule still applies to the current version.

http://www.glpi-project.org/forum/viewt … p?id=24333 talks about reprocessing upon update, including code you can implement (at your own risk, of course).
