Problem with the reception ticket and sending notifications GLPI 8.4

Hello my name is Cristian and I need your help with a problem with GLPI.
Not receive tickets and not sent notify,  I do not know what is causing this problem. I have a GLPI 8.3.7 installed in UBUNTU and I don't have  problems, but now, I have a  CENTOS 6.4 and I can't find the solucion for this problem.

I use now a GLPI 8.3.7 with gmail, therefore the problem is not the email.

Will be because I was modify a archive php? not remember the archive's name.

Hi there

what can i see

is that in the Mail Server ID-1

The connection String is :

 

imap.gmail.com:993/imap/ssl/novalidate-cert/

and in the log the errors are:

smtp.gmail.com:587(permission denied)

and

couldn't open stream {pop.gmail.com:465/pop/ssl/}

i mean there are three diferent protocol/port/security options there

maybe you should double check the config in gmail

What do you mean by this?

What exactly did you do? I your 0.84 already sending emails?
My installation is not sending emails.
