Tickets aren't assigned to different branches but only to DEFAULT

Hello everyone,

I created a user JOHN who was assigned to branch ONE.

Unfortunately, when the ticket is created by the user I can't see it under
branch ONE name by under DEFAULT?

Where did I make the mistake?

What is a branch? The entity?

What is the default branch? The root entity?

If that is the case, then you must make sure that John has as default profile a profile (ex: post-only) in entity One.
If you do this, when selecting John as the requester in a ticket, GLPI will display "The ticket will be added in the entity :One".
