SLA alert notification

Hello all,

when the time has been reached too execute the notification for SLA alert too who will the mail be send?
Or is it possibel to create a mailing list for those who need to be notified?

there is a notification for : Due date overtaken
You can send this notif to a group created ni glpi for example ... linked to a distribution list or with members added in glpi

I did find the group too select thx
