Extract Device Fields to HTML/PHP

Dear All,

Our company has just started running GLPI to manage their asset register. The assets range from computers, AMX switchers, projectors etc. Previously all our assets were stored on a website which included model numbers, serial numbers etc. I was wondering if there was any way to link GLPI data to our current webpages (html).

Could I say take device "ID 11230's" serial number and link it to the existing webpage for that equipment?

It would certainly save us updating 2 locations.
