How to remove "GLPI" string from e-mails subjects

Hello,

I use GLPI ver. 0.83.91

Firstly - how to remove "GLPI" string from Help Desk e-mails subjects

e.g. "GLPI #0000005" with "Help Desk #0000005"

Secondly - I would like to delete some spaces for the fields I can see in the Help Desk confirmation e-mails.

I want to change the result "Status : New" into "Status: New", or "Sending source :E-mail" into "Sending source: E-mail"

I know that I can't do it in locales directory php language files, I tested it.

In which file I can do it?

It is a setting for each entity.
For example, to change this for the Root Entity:
Administration>Entities>Root Entity
Select Notifications tab, change the "Prefix for notifications" field to whatever you want.
