Hi,
for every new ticket created via mail, the account defined as mailgate is added as supervisor. Any way to option this out?

using GLPI 0.83.7 on Windows Server 2003 SP2

Check your Administration > Rules > Rules for assigning through a mail receiver to make sure it's not assigning there. If not, I'd check your other rules.
